Job Summary – Account Executive:

We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to drive new business and maintain strong relationships with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will be a solution-oriented sales professional, capable of presenting and selling service, repair, retrofit, energy solutions, and building automation system (BAS) projects to key decision-makers, including both technical and executive-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare proposals and solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Organize, review, and submit accurate bid documentation and cost estimates.
  • Identify and develop new sales leads, qualify prospects, and make proactive sales calls.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company standards.
  • Engage in cold-calling campaigns targeting prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC sales or technical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and industry practices.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, including experience with both technical and executive audiences.
