✅ Ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and (most importantly) within budget

✅ Keeping a sharp eye on schedules, logistics, and potential cost overruns—because surprises belong at birthday parties, not construction sites 🎉

✅ Holding subcontractors accountable, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and maintaining our high standards

✅ Keeping detailed daily logs—because if it’s not documented, did it even happen?

✅ Enforcing safety like a construction site bodyguard—PPE and protocols are non-negotiable

✅ Jumping into hands-on work when needed—this is a team effort, after all 💪

✅ Attending project turnover meetings and contributing your expertise to planning and execution
