Here’s the Skinny:

We need someone who can sniff out leads, talk to the right people, and bring home the bacon. We’re talkin’ retail, big box, commercial, and all kinds o’ buildin’ work — ground-up, TI, you name it. Jobs rangin’ from a hunnerd grand up to ten mil.

If yinz know how to keep yer boots clean while workin’ the room, and can back it up with some results, we should prob’ly talk.

What You’ll Be Doin’:

• Findin’ the Work: Chattin’ with brokers, developers, and folks buildin’ stuff. Bein’ where the action is.
• Bein’ Seen: You’ll be shakin’ hands, grabb’n lunches, maybe tossin’ a few back now 'n then — keepin' our name floatin’ in the right circles.
• Closin’ the Deal: No time for tire-kickers. You’re bringin’ jobs in the door and helpin’ the crew tee 'em up.
• Knowin’ What’s What: Keep tabs on what’s bein’ built, what’s comin’ up, and how we can slide in the mix.
• Stickin’ With It: After the job’s landed, you ain’t vanishin’ — you’re makin’ sure it goes smooth and everyone’s smilin’ at the end.

Who We Need:

• At least 5 years in biz dev or sales in construction (no rookies)
• You’ve brought in both TI and ground-up jobs, $100K to $10M
• Know the retail and commercial game like yer cousin works at Giant Eagle
• Got a network? Even better — we need doors opened yesterday
• You ain’t just a schmoozer — you seal the deal and deliver
• You know what happens on a jobsite — can speak field lingo without Googlin’ it
• CRM? Cool if you got it, but we care more if you follow through and don’t drop the ball

Extra Kudos If:

• You’ve worked with franchises or national chains
• You’ve done some estimating or PM work in the past — shows you got range

💰 Base pay + commission (you close, you cash out)
