Project Manager – Healthcare Construction (ICRA a Plus)

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction and ICRA compliance to manage active hospital and medical facility projects in the Pittsburgh area. This is a local position with no travel—ideal for professionals who want to lead complex projects without sacrificing work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations on healthcare and hospital projects
- Ensure adherence to ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) and all jobsite compliance
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication
- Conduct job site meetings and coordinate effectively with hospital staff
- Maintain safety and quality control across all project phases
- Track progress using project management tools such as Procore or similar software
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Prior experience managing occupied healthcare environments (hospitals, clinics, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ICRA standards and working in sensitive/active job sites
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in construction software platforms (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
