What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers):
- Running the show from site prep to final walk
- Keeping crews moving, subs accountable, and the schedule tight
- Solving problems before they explode
- Enforcing safety like it’s your middle name
- Working hand-in-hand with PMs who actually listen
You’re Our Person If You:
✔️ Have 5+ years leading commercial builds (ground-up, interiors, you name it)
✔️ Know how to read a set of plans like you wrote them yourself
✔️ Speak fluent Procore, MS Project, and jobsite common sense
✔️ Are allergic to drama, excuses, and half-done work
✔️ Live in West Palm—or are ready to trade snow for sunshine (fast)
