We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician / Assembler to build, wire, assemble, and test industrial electrical control panels and electromechanical systems at our headquarters.
This is a hands-on role working closely with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure our equipment is built to specification, tested thoroughly, and ready for shipment or commissioning.

Responsibilities
- Assemble industrial control panels and electromechanical systems
- Perform point-to-point wiring (low and high voltage)
- Complete terminations, crimping, labeling, and cable routing
- Install and wire relays, breakers, contactors, sensors, VFDs, and power supplies
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Perform mechanical assembly of frames, enclosures, and subsystems
- Conduct in-house testing (continuity checks, insulation testing, functional verification)
- Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Troubleshoot wiring discrepancies and component issues
- Assist engineering with prototype builds and R&D initiatives
- Document as-built changes and maintain quality standards
- Maintain safe and organized work areas
- Provide occasional installation support if required
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or industrial equipment wiring
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, terminations, crimping, and cable management
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Experience wiring industrial control components
- Familiarity with multimeters and electrical test equipment
- Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team-oriented with solid troubleshooting skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Exposure to PLC systems (wiring or troubleshooting) is a plus. Not required
- Experience with industrial automation
- Familiarity with NEC or UL508A standards
- Pneumatics or motion control experience
- Technical certifications in electrical or industrial maintenance
