We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician / Assembler to build, wire, assemble, and test industrial electrical control panels and electromechanical systems at our headquarters.

This is a hands-on role working closely with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure our equipment is built to specification, tested thoroughly, and ready for shipment or commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial control panels and electromechanical systems
• Perform point-to-point wiring (low and high voltage)
• Complete terminations, crimping, labeling, and cable routing
• Install and wire relays, breakers, contactors, sensors, VFDs, and power supplies
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Perform mechanical assembly of frames, enclosures, and subsystems
• Conduct in-house testing (continuity checks, insulation testing, functional verification)
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Troubleshoot wiring discrepancies and component issues
• Assist engineering with prototype builds and R&D initiatives
• Document as-built changes and maintain quality standards
• Maintain safe and organized work areas
• Provide occasional installation support if required

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or industrial equipment wiring
• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, terminations, crimping, and cable management
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Experience wiring industrial control components
• Familiarity with multimeters and electrical test equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with solid troubleshooting skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Exposure to PLC systems (wiring or troubleshooting) is a plus. Not required
• Experience with industrial automation
• Familiarity with NEC or UL508A standards
• Pneumatics or motion control experience
• Technical certifications in electrical or industrial maintenance
