Sales & Project Manager – Residential & Commercial Construction

Location: Bucks & Montgomery Counties, PA

Employment Type: Full-Time, W2

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Company Vehicle + Benefits


Overview

We are a rapidly growing residential and commercial general contractor seeking a driven Sales & Project Manager to lead client acquisition, manage full project life cycles, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple active jobs. This role combines sales, estimating, client management, field coordination, and operational oversight into one high-impact position.

You will own projects from first contact through final walkthrough—building relationships, closing deals, managing budgets, directing crews, and ensuring every job is delivered on time, on budget, and to our quality standards.


Responsibilities


Sales & Client Management

  • Customer Focused
  • Generate and manage new business opportunities across residential and light commercial projects.
  • We have a strong lead generator to keep leads flowing
  • Conduct site visits, assess project needs, and prepare estimates, takeoffs, and proposals.
  • Present bids, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership to support accurate pricing and seamless delivery.
  • Track bid opportunities, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.

Project Management & Field Operations

  • Oversee multi active projects monthly, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met, residential and commercial projects
  • Manage daily jobsite operations, crew coordination, logistics, and workflow sequencing.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve field challenges, and maintain production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and company quality expectations.

  • Improve processes, efficiency, and communication between office, field teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Financial & Operational Ownership

  • Manage project budgets, job costing, and expense control to protect profit margins.

  • Process change orders, update financial documentation, and support AP/AR related to active projects.
  • Work with accounting partners to support month-end reporting and job cost accuracy.

Team & Leadership Support

  • Direct and support field crews, ensuring productivity, accountability, and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in construction sales, project management, estimating, or field operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Bucks & Montgomery Counties.
  • Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
