At TheMasonGroup – HR & Talent Acquisition Solutions, we’re seeking a results-oriented Business Developer who thrives in a relationship-driven, revenue-generating role. You will build lasting client relationships, generate new business, and deliver world-class customer service alongside award-winning professionals and industry-leading executives. Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and generate new business through networking, cold calling, warm lead follow-ups, marketing campaigns, and building relationships with small to mid-sized organizations across PA, NJ, and DE
- Leverage a consultative, solution-focused sales approach to uncover client workforce needs and present tailored HR solutions
- Conduct daily outreach via phone, email campaigns, and database mining to secure appointments and develop long-term relationships
- Develop and maintain new and existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Present TheMasonGroup’s portfolio of products, including RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), contingency searches, retained searches, staff augmentation, temp-to-hire, and other workforce solutions
- Track all sales activities, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM to ensure consistent pipeline management and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to transition new accounts smoothly from prospecting to service delivery
- Maintain a hunter-focused mindset, consistently pursuing new business and expanding your professional network
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in solutions-based or consultative selling
- Knowledge or exposure to talent acquisition, staffing, manufacturing, engineering, or IT is a plus
- Strong presentation, persuasion, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a quota-driven, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with LinkedIn and other sales platforms for lead generation
- Existing network of business contacts preferred

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
