Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to build and assemble control panels, industrial enclosures, and small wired box assemblies. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, can read basic schematics, and takes pride in producing high-quality electro-mechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble control panels, electrical enclosures, and box builds
• Perform wiring, crimping, and wire harnessing
• Assemble and solder PCB-based components
• Read and follow schematics, drawings, and bills of material
• Use hand tools and measurement tools to ensure precise assembly
• Follow ESD handling procedures and quality standards
• Work collaboratively to complete projects efficiently

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with electro-mechanical or electrical assembly
• Knowledge of wire harnessing, crimping, and soldering
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings and work instructions
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or medical manufacturing (a plus)
• IPC 610/620 or J-STD certifications (preferred)
• Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 manufacturing environments
