We are a well-established and growing construction company serving homeowners and commercial clients throughout Bucks, Montgomery, and the Greater Philadelphia region. Our team specializes in high-quality renovations and exterior construction, including:

  • Custom Decks
  • Roofing
  • Siding
  • Kitchen & Bath Remodeling
  • Home Renovations & Additions
  • Commercial Renovation Projects


With approximately $3.3 million in annual revenue, a team of 20 employees, and an extensive network of subcontractors, we're looking for a highly organized, business-minded professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a real impact.

What You'll Do


You'll oversee and coordinate the day-to-day business operations, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs efficiently while supporting our field teams and leadership.


Operations & Office Management

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate communication between office staff, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Improve processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
  • Maintain company records, documentation, and reporting.

Accounting & Financial Administration

  • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Assist with invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Work with outside accounting partners and assist with month-end reporting.
  • Monitor job costs, expenses, and financial documentation.

Human Resources

  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain personnel records and benefits administration.
  • Support payroll preparation and compliance.
  • Help foster a positive company culture.

Estimating & Proposal Support

  • Assist with bid preparation and proposal creation.
  • Organize project documentation and contracts.
  • Coordinate subcontractor quotes and vendor pricing.
  • Track bid opportunities and follow-up activities.

Leadership Support

  • Serve as the trusted operational partner to ownership.
  • Handle confidential business information with professionalism.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving.
  • Take ownership of critical business functions with minimal supervision.


What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being the person everyone depends on. You're resourceful, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in office management, operations, business administration, or construction administration.
  • Experience with accounting functions including AP/AR.
  • HR administration experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting bids, estimates, or construction proposals is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
  • Construction industry experience is highly preferred.
