Field Service Technician


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for fixing, troubleshooting, training, of our electro-mechanical equipment at customer sites. You’ll have the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology, assist customers with fixing equipment and training. Mainly regional travel (with occasional international travel).

This is a salaried position with additional compensation for travel. Comprehensive training is provided based on your experience and technical background.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Trouble shoot and service equipment at customer locations
  • Train customer operators on proper equipment usage
  • Diagnose and repair or replace faulty components on-site
  • Approve warranty replacements in line with company policies
  • Provide remote customer support, including occasional off-hours assistance (compensated accordingly)
  • Perform in-house tasks when not traveling, including equipment testing, customer follow-ups, and troubleshooting


What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Technology, or equivalent years of experience
  • Technical school graduates with an electrical/mechanical background are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with electro-mechanical equipment is a plus
  • Ability to read basic electrical schematics is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, high energy, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-50% regionally and nationwide, with occasional international travel
  • Comfortable working in various environments and lifting/moving equipment as needed
