Our team is built on a strong foundation of field expertise, innovative project delivery, and a people-first culture. We’re looking for a hands-on Superintendent who thrives in the field, leads from the front, and is ready to grow into a traditional leadership superintendent role as we scale.
The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, managing crews, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving projects to successful completion. This is an evolving role, perfect for someone who can wear a hard hat, pick up a set of plans, lead a crew, and transition into a more strategic superintendent/leadership position over time.
You’ll travel to active job sites across DE, PA, and NJ, while also working remotely when needed. This role offers tremendous growth potential, autonomy, and the chance to help shape the future of a dynamic, expanding company.

- Plan, schedule, and manage resources to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, site protocols, and company policies.
- Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress updates.
- Conduct regular site meetings and act as the primary on-site point of contact.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and engineers to optimize workflows.
- Support the transition from hands-on work to full-time leadership superintendent responsibilities as the company grows.
- Travel regionally to job sites throughout DE, PA & NJ.
