GPN Recruitment are delighted to be working with a respected and growing accountancy firm in East London, who are looking for an Audit & Accounts Senior to join their expanding team. The reason they are hiring is due to firm growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual seeking long-term progression within a firm that offers a strong mix of audit and accounts work. You will gain exposure to a broad client portfolio and play a key role in delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading audits from planning to completion for a varied client base
• Preparing statutory accounts and tax computations
• Managing a portfolio of clients consisting of limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, solicitors, charities and more
• Supervising and reviewing the work of juniors
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications and Skills:

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent or qualified by experience)
• Strong audit and accounts experience within a UK practice
• Good working knowledge of UK GAAP
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
