🔍 What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and growing a warm client base, whilst identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across permanent and/or contract roles
• Building candidate pipelines and managing the full recruitment cycle
• Working collaboratively with a supportive and ambitious team

• Proven success in a 360 recruitment role – no specific sector experience is required
• A strong track record in both business development and candidate delivery
• Confident, consultative approach with clients and candidates
