The Role

This role is perfect for a delivery-led recruiter who excels at matching quality candidates to active roles . You’ll be stepping into a well-established team and managing a high volume of job briefs from existing clients. It’s fast-paced, relationship-driven, and impact-focused.

The position is 2 days per week in the London office, offering both flexibility and access to a high-performing, collaborative environment. When you're not in the office - work where you want!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritise a consistent stream of inbound commercial job briefs
  • Build exceptional client relationships with both existing and new clients
  • Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates
  • Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process end to end
  • Contribute to team targets and the businesses success

Ideal Person:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment delivery or resourcing role (commercial sector preferred), or experience within a 360 role
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and candidate management skills
