About the Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your desk and work across a portfolio of schools and education providers. This is a 360 role with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a best-in-class service to both clients and candidates.

You'll be:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across temporary and permanent roles
• Developing and nurturing client relationships in the education sector
• Sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier educators and support staff
• Hitting (and exceeding!) revenue targets while maintaining quality and integrity
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the wider team culture as you progress

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in recruitment (education sector experience is a big plus)
• A strong track record of billing and client development
• A confident communicator who builds trust quickly
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and genuinely passionate about recruitment
