What You'll Be Doing

• Running a full 360 desk in the industrial space
• Winning new business and growing your client base
• Managing a fast-paced temp desk: filling bookings, handling compliance, and keeping clients happy
• Sourcing and placing candidates into roles at speed, without sacrificing quality
• Working closely with a driven team who know how to deliver

What You’ll Need

• Proven 360 recruitment experience — ideally in the industrial or logistics space
• A track record of billing, client wins, and hitting targets
• Resilience and energy — this is a fast-moving desk with big potential
• Strong organisational skills and a cool head under pressure
• A no-nonsense, get-stuff-done attitude
