A brand-new recruitment agency in Burton-on-Trent is looking for its first Social Care Recruitment Consultant to help lay the foundations. You’ll be joining at the very start of their journey - shaping the culture, building your desk your way, and playing a genuine part in what the agency becomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and managing a 360 Social Care desk
• Working closely with the founder to shape systems, processes, and the way recruitment should be done
• Speaking daily with candidates and clients across the care sector - homes, services, and supported living
• Helping define the brand and reputation from the ground up

What You’ll Need

• Experience in Social Care recruitment (or Healthcare)
• Confidence to work autonomously - this isn’t micromanaged
• Energy, drive, and a builder’s mindset - this is ground floor
• The ability to spot opportunities and run with them
