StackHire is working with a fantastic agency looking for a Recruitment Consultant who doesn’t shy away from the BD grind and knows how to navigate NHS frameworks with confidence.

Already on the 2 main frameworks for supplying the NHS, you'll have the access you need - your job will be to leverage these frameworks to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Winning and growing new NHS Trust accounts – not just relying on inbound leads
• Running a 360 desk – from mapping the market to making placements
• Delivering high-quality candidates into temporary or permanent NHS roles
• Being a trusted partner to both clients and candidates

What You Bring:

✅ Proven experience recruiting into the NHS (must-have)

✅ Track record of bringing on new NHS Trusts

✅ Sharp commercial mindset and drive to hit targets

✅ Based in (or commutable to) Birmingham
