• Proven experience recruiting white-collar roles within construction (QS, PM, Site Managers, Design, Commercial etc.)
• A self-starter who’s confident developing and managing client relationships remotely
• Strong market knowledge and a track record of delivering results
• Compliance-savvy and able to manage the full 360 process
