We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a growing agency in Ipswich, specialising in industrial and blue-collar staffing. You’ll be working on everything from warehouse operatives to drivers and production staff - the backbone of the UK economy.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and nurturing client relationships across Ipswich & Suffolk
• Sourcing, screening and placing top talent into industrial roles
• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from BD calls to candidate placements
• Hitting (and smashing) targets with the support of a high-performing team

What we’re looking for:

• Recruitment experience (industrial temp desks ideal, but open to other sectors)
• Strong business development skills - you’re confident picking up the phone
• A natural people-person who can build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Resilient, driven, and hungry to succeed
