We’re looking for a driven (literally – you’ll need a car!) Delivery Consultant to join a high-performing recruitment team in Birmingham.

What’s the gig?

You’ll be the engine room of the team, finding and engaging top talent for live roles. You’ll build relationships with candidates, manage the process from first call to offer, and make sure everyone’s kept in the loop. No business development at first – just pure delivery so you can master the craft.

What’s next?

Once you’ve nailed the delivery side, you’ll take over a hot 360 desk from someone moving into a hands-off role. That means you’ll inherit live clients, open roles, and a chance to really make your mark.

What you’ll need:

• Recruitment experience (any sector) is a big plus, but attitude matters most
• Full UK driving licence and your own car
• Confidence, resilience, and a consultative approach
• Ready to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
