Position Summary

The HR Manager reports to the CHRO and is responsible for implementing and executing the routine functions of the HR department including onboarding, administering pay and benefits, annual reviews, and enforcing company policies and practices, and recruiting. Our client is a high growth company and the HR manager will be designing and deploying processes and procedures with the CHRO to accommodate the rapid growth needs. This requires familiarity and experience creating automated processes and hands on experience with report design and build, systems integrations and automating processes to minimize manual input.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Champion the onboarding process, providing clarity and guidance for all employees.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and develop salary structures; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Be an advocate for employee success.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related equivalent
    professional experience.
  • A minimum of five years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP highly desired.
