Manage pharmacy’s daily operations and ensure delivery of patient services per company standards and expectations
Implement and supervise specific pharmacy services and new programs at the direction of management
Contributes to the quality and effective operation of the pharmacy
Work directly with CEO & VP of Engineering for pioneering new software initiatives disrupting the pharmacy space
Deploy process improvement initiatives and programs that drive enhanced productivity and enhanced customer service
Participate in additional duties beyond core requirements as needed
Adhere to all laws and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy including HIPAA, Preventing Fraud Waste & Abuse and OSHA; follow all company department policies and procedures
Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers
Supervise and coach technicians in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback
Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:
·Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy
·Knowledge of Federal, state, and local rules and regulations governing the dispensing of pharmaceuticals and the implications rules and regulations
