My client is a national insurance company who offer a range of products to both personal and commercial clients across the UK. Their commercial insurance arm is growing at pace across the country and an opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Account Handler to join a UK team of over 200 likeminded professionals. This role is based in the growing Stratford-upon-Avon office

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Commercial Account Handler:

• Service commercial insurance needs of existing client base, offering product advice and guidance
• Building a commercial book of new clients which could include sole traders, SME’S or larger corporates
• Support colleagues to ensure retention remains high whilst also ensuring a high level of customer services

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Commercial Account Handler:

• Excellent attention to detail to understand client needs, provide relevant quotes and review product documents.
• Ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure a seamless and compliant process for all parties
• Strong technical skills with the ability to use inhouse systems to produce documentation, insight and to process policies.

My client is offering an annual salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience for this full-time role.
