This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with an interest in Real Estate to work on a broad range of work covering larger more complex projects covering Residential and Commercial transactions, developments and commercial lease issues etc.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
- Progressing cases through drafting legal documents, correspondence
- Support existing clients via phone email and face-face by providing updates, helping with changes or queries.
- Conducting legal research on behalf of the fee earner and wider team
- Ability to progress cases under supervision
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills, organised, professional with good communication skills
- Experience of working as a Paralegal or similar preferably within Real Estate and a genuine interest in the area.
- Strong research, report writing and communication skills
My client is offering an annual salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience for this full-time Paralegal role
