This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to work in this established residential conveyancing team at this highly respected law firm. The Conveyancing Assistant will support the conveyancing team by liaising with clients by phone and email as well as, estate agents and mortgage lenders. You'll manage Land Registry applications and prepare legal documents to keep everything in track for the team and client.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Conveyancing Administrator:

  • Progressing cases through drafting legal documents, correspondence
  • Support existing clients via phone email and face-face by providing updates, helping with changes or queries.
  • Conducting legal research on behalf of the fee earner and wider team
  • Ability to progress cases under supervision


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing as an administrator or an assistant or Paralegal
  • Good technical skills (Word, Excel)
  • Confident communicator both written and verbally


This is a full time, office-based role with a salary of up to £32,000 and would suit someone who is looking to build / continue their career in the conveyancing area of law.
