Property Manager

Location: Ruislip

Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 Basic Salary

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a successful and growing residential lettings team in Ruislip. This role is ideal for an organised and customer focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.


You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high level of service is delivered while maintaining compliance and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
  • Instruct and manage contractors, ensuring works are completed to a high standard
  • Conduct property inspections and follow up on any required actions
  • Handle tenancy issues and dispute resolution where necessary
  • Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety regulations
  • Manage renewals, tenancy agreements and relevant documentation
  • Respond promptly to maintenance enquiries and tenant queries
  • Maintain accurate records and update the company CRM system

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience within residential Property Management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
  • Problem solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Professional and personable manner
