Our client, a high-performing and boutique mortgage brokerage, is seeking a motivated individual to break into the industry. This is a rare, entry-level opening designed for a driven professional who is looking to build a long-term career in mortgage and protection advice.

You do not need to be qualified to start, our client is committed to providing the platform, the mentorship, and support for you to work towards your CeMAP qualifications while you learn the ropes of the business.

Operating from within a premier, award-winning Estate Agency in Gloucester, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment from day one, supported by a seasoned Business Principal who is personally invested in your professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritising your studies and practical training to become a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
• Acting as the first point of contact for warm leads, gathering initial information, and booking appointments for the advisory team.
• Working closely with the Estate Agency sales team to identify mortgage opportunities and support their clients.
• Learning the "back-end" of the business—processing applications, tracking legal completions, and ensuring total compliance.
• Developing a deep understanding of lender criteria and the local property market.

Candidate Requirements

• You are highly motivated to study for and pass the CeMAP exams within an agreed timeframe.
• Experience in a target-driven environment (such as retail, recruitment, or general sales) is a significant advantage.

• You are comfortable building trust quickly and communicating clearly to a variety of clients.
