Job Title: Maintenance Person

Location: Three campuses in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Cinderford

Contract Type: Temporary

Contract Length: 3–6 Month Contract

Start Date: Immediate start available

Hours: 37 hours per week

Rate: £13.72

Role Overview

The successful candidate will carry out a range of reactive and proactive maintenance and repair tasks across all three sites. This is a hands-on role requiring a practical, can-do approach to ensure our facilities remain safe, functional and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to day-to-day reactive maintenance requests
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance tasks
• General repairs and upkeep across buildings and grounds
• Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Supporting the wider estates team as required

Minimum Requirements

• Level 2 qualification in any Construction Trade
• Strong DIY and general maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Full driving licence (desirable, due to multi-site working)
