My clients is a beautiful luxury hotel and spa chain who are expanding and therefore looking for a Group Reservations Specialist to convert and manage group booking enquiries. You will liaise with clients, the hotel and the spa, 3rd parties and any other parts of the hotel to make sure that the client journey and expectations are surpassed at every step. You would be joining an established and experienced team which offer support, training and further career development opportunities for the right candidate

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Group Reservations Specialist:

  • Proactively maximise revenue opportunities from group booking enquiries
  • Work closely with hotel and spa management as well as commercial teams to ensure seamless process for all
  • Maintain responsibility as the key point of contact for clients from initial enquiry all the way through to taking feedback after their visits


Required Skills and Qualifications for Group Reservations Specialist:

  • Previous customer service and sales experience within a travel or hospitality business is preferable
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Able to work alongside the fast paced and dynamic reservations team.

My client is offering an annual salary of up to £26,000 + commission depending on experience for this full-time role.
