The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer will work in an established team on a mixed caseload. The work includes freehold, leasehold, sales and purchases, right to buy shared ownership and new build sales and opportunities exist to develop on the commercial property side should you so wish. You will have 3+ years PQE and be keen to join a small team of highly experienced conveyancers.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer:

  • Managing a caseload of high-quality files including sales, leaseholds, purchases etc
  • Provide high level of client contact whilst ensuring adherence to procedures and policies
  • Proactively engage with estate agents, financial advisors


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or a Licenced Conveyancer or Fee earner
  • Manage client work ensuring regular communication with the team and client
  • Good IT skills including in house case management systems
  • Personable with good written and verbal communication skills.


My client is offering a full-time annual salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.


This role is open to candidates who prefer to work part-time.
