Job Title: Creative Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and concept-driven Creative Designer to help shape and elevate a global brand’s visual identity across campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments. This role blends conceptual thinking with strong executional skills across digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate brings a refined design aesthetic, strong storytelling ability, and a collaborative mindset, with the ambition to grow into a larger creative role over time.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Development

  • Lead visual concepting for brand campaigns, product launches, and key marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual identity and creative direction
  • Develop mood boards, concept decks, and visual narratives that elevate the brand globally
  • Translate brand strategy and positioning into compelling creative ideas
  • Create hero assets, key visuals, and high-impact digital and social concepts

Design Execution

  • Design across digital and print platforms, including social media, web, campaign assets, advertising, packaging, and event materials
  • Collaborate with the Creative Lead to transform concepts into scalable creative toolkits
  • Provide guidance to production designers on adaptations and rollout execution
  • Ensure visual consistency and excellence across all deliverables

Content & Production

  • Collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, and content creators on shoots
  • Support creative direction on photo and video sets as needed
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and campaign objectives
  • Contribute to social-first creative strategies that drive engagement across platforms

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Digital, Sales, and other internal teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Contribute creative thinking to internal briefs, workshops, and brainstorming sessions
  • Support athlete, event, or sport-related creative initiatives where applicable

Qualifications

Creative & Conceptual Strength

  • 3–6 years of experience in a brand, creative agency, or in-house creative role
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and polished execution
  • Ability to transform loose ideas into clear and compelling creative directions
  • Understanding of global brand aesthetics and modern design trends, particularly within lifestyle, sport, or outdoor categories

Design Craft

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; motion design, XD, or Figma a plus)
  • Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and color theory
  • Experience developing campaign creative, key art, and/or visual identity systems

Photo/Video & Content

  • Experience supporting or participating in photo and video shoots
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with photographers and filmmakers
  • Understanding of social-first creative and content performance across digital platforms

  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Open to feedback, collaborative, and low-ego in team settings
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow creatively
  • Appreciation for outdoor culture or sports is a plus, but not required
