Frederick Fox is partnering with a publicly traded, global manufacturing company to identify a Chief Financial Officer.

This organization has multi-site operations, a diversified product portfolio and long-standing customer relationships.

We’re seeking an experienced public company CFO who thrives in a hands-on, operationally engaged environment.

The Mandate:

The CFO will be a true strategic partner to the CEO and Board, with full ownership of:

• Strategic financial planning, forecasting, and capital allocation
• Public company reporting, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Cash management, capital structure optimization, and fundraising initiatives
• M&A strategy and execution
• Investor relations and earnings communications
• Operational finance across domestic and international manufacturing sites
• SaaS revenue recognition oversight within a hybrid business model

This leader must balance capital markets sophistication with deep operational finance expertise. Experience raising capital beyond traditional credit facilities is important.

Ideal Background:

• Current or former CFO of a publicly traded company
• Strong M&A and investor relations experience
• Background in manufacturing, industrials, semiconductor, or adjacent sectors
• CPA strongly preferred
• International finance exposure a plus
