Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Contract – 3 to 6 Months)

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Compensation: $24–$25/hour (W2)

Start Date: Immediate

Experience Level: Recent graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of SDR experience


About the Role:


We are seeking motivated and energetic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team on a contract basis to support a high-impact sales push. This role is ideal for recent college graduates with a degree in Business or related fields, or early-career professionals with prior SDR experience.

You’ll play a key role in driving outbound sales efforts by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects. Your outreach will support mission-driven software solutions targeted at organizations in the nonprofit sectors.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to generate qualified leads
  • Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers
  • Set appointments and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Stay organized and hit weekly outreach and conversion targets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in a sales development or inside sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making cold calls and conducting outreach
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Work Setup: Hybrid (in-office presence required in Tampa, FL)
  • Contract Length: 3 to 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and business need (not guaranteed)
