  • Request for Information (RFI) Management: Prepare, issue, and track RFIs to resolve design conflicts, clarify specifications, and address construction-related questions in a timely manner.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project records, including construction drawings, specifications, contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, schedules, and closeout documents.
  • Schedule Coordination: Work with superintendents, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to establish project milestones, monitor progress, and keep construction activities on schedule.
  • Subcontractor and Vendor Coordination: Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, completion of assigned work, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Change Order Management: Review, document, and coordinate change orders, ensuring scope changes are properly evaluated, approved, and incorporated into project budgets and schedules.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with owners, architects, engineers, field personnel, and other project participants to resolve issues and support project objectives.
  • Job Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to assess construction progress, coordinate with field teams, identify potential issues, and verify alignment with project plans.
  • Quality and Compliance: Help ensure work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, contract requirements, and established quality standards.
  • Project Closeout: Coordinate punch lists, final inspections, warranties, operation and maintenance manuals, and other required closeout documentation to ensure successful project completion.

  • Willingness to conduct regular job site visits while maintaining a primarily office-based work schedule.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and an interest in contributing to the growth and success of an expanding construction organization.
