Position Overview
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Support Specialist II to support classified information systems in a secure, on-site environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in cybersecurity, IT support, or classified system administration who are comfortable working in a highly regulated setting.
Because of the classified nature of the work, this position is 100% on-site. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hardware and software inventory management for classified assets.
- Coordinate the introduction and removal of hardware within secure facilities.
- Assist with configuration management activities, including maintaining configuration baselines and supporting configuration control processes.
- Support user account management by processing account requests, maintaining required user agreements, and coordinating account creation with system administrators.
- Conduct security audits using approved tools and procedures.
- Maintain and update continuous monitoring records and assist with identifying and resolving security-related issues.
- Perform authorized file transfers across security domains following established procedures.
- Support continuous monitoring efforts by assisting with security control testing, documenting results, and tracking corrective actions through completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation and internal records.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with no prior experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with:
- A completed investigation within the last six years, or
- Enrollment in the U.S. Government Continuous Evaluation (CE) Program.
- Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAP) as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical diploma in a related field.
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
- At least one year of experience supporting IT or cybersecurity hardware in a classified environment.
- Experience with SAP/SAR, SCI, or Polygraph access.

- Full-time, on-site position in Aurora, Colorado.
