Job Responsibilities

This role is for true agency recruiters.

• Manage and grow your own book of business
• Drive client relationships, candidate pipelines, and executive‑level searches
• Collaborate with senior recruiters on shared searches to maximize speed, quality, and placement success
• Operate with full autonomy while contributing to a high‑performing, supportive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of agency recruiting experience
• Proven success running a full desk
• Strong communication, business development, and executive‑level search skills

Compensation

This is a 1099 commission‑only role. Frederick Fox offers one of the highest commission structures in the industry, ranging from 70% to 100%, depending on performance tier. First‑year earnings typically range from $0 to $500,000.
