Director of Finance

Sidney, OH | On-site | Full-time | Direct Hire

The Opportunity

Our client is a long-standing equipment leasing and maintenance business that recently joined a PE-backed national services platform through acquisition. As the parent company works through integration, they're bringing on a Director of Finance to serve as the finance leader on the ground for the acquired entity. The Finance Director is responsible for steering the close cycle, lease accounting, cash management, planning, and reporting for a business that will continue to run on its own books, its own ERP, and its own banking rails as it plugs into a larger corporate structure.

This seat is built for a hands-on finance leader who can carry the monthly close, stand up strong ASC 842 practices, drive the budget and forecast cycle, and evolve a founder-built finance function into something scalable inside a PE operating model.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12+ years of progressively senior finance and accounting leadership, ideally including time as a Director of Finance or Controller

  • Demonstrated FP&A expertise: budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and communicating the numbers to senior leaders
  • Time spent leading finance inside a stand-alone entity, subsidiary, or newly-acquired business
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Familiarity with Enrich or a similar industry-specific ERP
