Commercial Litigation Paralegal

You will sit at the center of those matters—organizing the facts, controlling the record, and giving attorneys the precision they need to advise and try cases that shape our clients’ businesses.

Performance Objectives

• Own end-to-end discovery in multi-million-dollar commercial cases so productions are complete, defensible, and on time.
• Build trial-ready exhibit sets, demonstratives, and witness files that let partners walk into court fully prepared.
• Run e-discovery workflows (collection through privilege log) that keep costs predictable and privilege intact.
• Draft and track pleadings, motions, and correspondence so filing deadlines never slip and the docket stays clean.
• Coordinate experts, vendors, and local counsel across jurisdictions, delivering seamless support on complex, multi-party matters.
• Maintain real-time case calendars and budgets that give partners and clients clear visibility into spend and strategy.

Environment & Resources

You report to a Litigation Partner and work daily with a dedicated team of attorneys, fellow paralegals, and litigation support specialists. You will have access to Relativity, CaseMap, trial-presentation software, and firm-wide knowledge resources. Case budgets include vendor and expert allocations; you will help manage them. The Philadelphia office (or other U.S. locations) offers a collaborative, high-performance setting with 925+ attorneys across 32 cities.

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years as a commercial litigation paralegal on matters involving contracts, business torts, or securities.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale document reviews and productions without missing a deadline or privilege call.
• Hands-on proficiency with e-discovery platforms and trial-prep tools.
• Exceptional written communication and the judgment to draft accurate, court-ready documents.
• Experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional teams and outside vendors under tight timelines.
