Senior Front-End Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Senior Front-End Engineer to design and build high-quality, scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. This role partners closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to develop intuitive, performant, and accessible user interfaces. The ideal candidate is passionate about modern front-end development, writes clean and maintainable code, and enjoys mentoring other engineers while contributing to technical architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using TypeScript, React, and contemporary front-end technologies.
• Translate high-fidelity designs into intuitive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define APIs, data contracts, and technical solutions.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
• Develop comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and security.
• Champion accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensure inclusive user experiences.
• Participate in architectural discussions and help shape front-end development standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues while continuously improving application performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7 years of experience building modern web applications using TypeScript and React.
• Strong understanding of modern state management libraries such as Redux, Flux, or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience writing clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component-based development, and software design principles.
• Experience working with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.
• Experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG) and web security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to a collaborative engineering culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Node-based graph visualization libraries such as React Flow, LiteGraph.js, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise design systems or component libraries.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD workflows and front-end build tooling.
• Passion for user experience, software craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
