Role Overview 

We are looking for a strategic Enterprise Solution & Deal Consultant to partner closely with our sales teams on high-value enterprise opportunities. In this role, you will advise and guide sales representatives on the optimal mix of products and services to meet customer needs, while leading enterprise deal design and construction. You will ensure seamless quote-to-billing coordination, drive team alignment, and provide critical support for deal analysis and internal approvals. 

This position plays a key bridge between sales, solution design, operations, and finance to deliver compliant, profitable, and customer-aligned enterprise deals. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Advise and Guide Sales on Optimal Solutions - Partner with sales representatives to understand customer business needs and recommend the best combination of products, services, and solutions that maximize value and fit. 
  • Enterprise Deal Design and Construction - Lead the design and construction of complex enterprise deals, including solution architecture, scoping, pricing strategy, and commercial terms while ensuring alignment with system, legal, and operational requirements. 
  • Enterprise Quote-to-Billing Deal Coordination and Team Alignment - Own end-to-end coordination of enterprise deals from quote creation through to billing setup. Facilitate alignment across sales, solution teams, operations, legal, and finance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth execution. 
  • Deal Analysis & Approval Support - Perform detailed deal analysis, including risk assessment, margin evaluation, compliance checks, and strategic fit. Prepare clear recommendations and supporting materials to support timely internal deal approvals. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally as the trusted advisor to sales teams, translating customer requirements into structured, deliverable, and enterprise solutions that meet approval guidelines. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales support roles, solution consulting, sales engineering, or deal desk. 
  • Proven ability to guide sales teams on solution design and complex deal construction. 
  • Strong knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, deal structuring, and cross-team coordination. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in deal analysis, risk assessment, and approval workflows. 
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior sales representatives and internal leadership. 
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services industries is highly preferred. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ tools, and billing systems. 
  • Background in solution architecture or commercial deal structuring for enterprise clients. 
  • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise deals.
