Work from home while managing a high-potential territory across Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio.
You’ll decide your own schedule and strategy for engaging with education clients, giving you real autonomy and the chance to build lasting partnerships rather than just chase short-term numbers.
This is a territory you can truly own, with minimal oversight and maximum upside. You’ll be treated like a business owner within the company, responsible for growing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and increasing retention.
Career progression is clearly mapped out, with the “Account Manager I” title signalling a direct path to more senior sales roles. Ambitious candidates can see how their efforts today translate into promotions tomorrow.
You’ll enjoy a benefits package that covers all the essentials and then some. Fourteen weeks of paid parental leave, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive health coverage show that this isn’t just a sales job - it’s a stable, long-term career move.
And because the brand is used by over half of U.S. schools, you’ll walk into conversations with built-in credibility. That means less time convincing prospects you’re worth their attention and more time actually selling.
What you’ll do
Drive new business, renewals, and expansion opportunities across your accounts by engaging stakeholders throughout the sales cycle. You’ll leverage internal and external networks to grow your book of business and exceed revenue targets.
Understand each customer's unique challenges and strategic priorities. You’ll partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to craft solutions that deliver measurable value.
Lead opportunities from discovery through close, aligning solutions to customer needs while building strong internal consensus and support.
Maintain deep familiarity with the K-12 education landscape, including public, private, and parochial schools. Stay current on ed tech trends, tools, competitive dynamics, and evolving policy and practice affecting customer organizations.
What you’ll need
Experience in education or ed tech sales is a plus, as is demonstrated resourcefulness and creative problem-solving ability.
