Senior Financial Analyst


Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights, advanced modeling, and data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex financial analysis and reporting, including revenue and expense forecasting and monthly variance analysis
  • Build, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models for annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support the development and improvement of financial and operational reporting to provide leadership with meaningful business insights
  • Partner with senior leaders to evaluate sales performance, client profitability, and headcount planning
  • Provide financial analysis and modeling to support new business initiatives and assess ROI on strategic projects
  • Assist with the accurate recording, accounting, and reporting of financial transactions
  • Develop high-quality presentations and materials for executive leadership and board-level reporting
  • Work with large datasets to drive automation, efficiency, and improved financial visibility

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting and corporate finance, or 1+ year of experience in investment banking
  • Advanced financial modeling expertise with strong proficiency in Excel, including scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and forecasting
  • Intermediate experience with NetSuite
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify key trends
  • Experience working with large datasets, automation, or business intelligence tools
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial analysis clearly to senior executives and business leaders
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience partnering across cross-functional teams
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the market research industry
  • Proficient knowledge of data query/data management tools is a plus.
