As a Senior Recruiting Manager, you will:
Your day to day activity :
- Recruit on positions across our service areas
- Own your desk end-to-end (client development + candidate recruitment)
- Build strong relationships in your niche
- Run a consistent rhythm of business development, recruiting, and follow-up
- Collaborate with our partner group, who operate like true peers—not competitors
- Contribute to a culture of autonomy, craftsmanship, and mastery

You’ll spend your time on high-leverage activities:
- Connecting with clients and prospects to develop accounts and build them for long term growth and stability
- Building market-defining candidate campaigns
- Crafting compelling candidate outreach
- Running deep intake calls
- Managing your pipeline from outreach → submittal → interview → placement and quality hire check ins
- Leveraging the team for sourcing, strategy, accountability, and growth

About you:
- Have 6+ years of agency recruiting experience
- Have billed $300K+ for multiple years
- Are comfortable running both sides of the desk

You would expect annual earnings between $200K–$500K+ depending on your activity, niche, and commitment, although this is entirely up to you.
