About the Opportunity

Join a premier, nationally established property restoration and disaster recovery firm as General Manager. We specialize in end-to-end recovery solutions—from emergency loss response through complete structural reconstruction—for both commercial and residential clients.

We are seeking an operational executive to take full ownership of our regional branches, champion business expansion, and lead a high-stakes, client-focused operational team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Leadership: Direct daily operations across all branch functions, including business development, mitigation, reconstruction, field administration, and client relations.
  • Financial Oversight & P&L: Manage complete branch financial performance, including revenue targets, cost controls, cash flow optimization, and gross margin profitability.
  • Team Building & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent across field and office management teams, fostering a high-accountability culture.
  • Operational Quality & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to industry safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control on all active jobs.
  • Strategic Expansion: Partner with executive leadership to design and execute growth strategies that increase local market share beyond existing customer segments.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture key relationships with commercial property managers, insurance adjusters, and community stakeholders.


Candidate Qualifications

  • Proven Executive Track Record: Demonstrated experience driving operational or revenue growth within a service-oriented or contract-based business model.
  • Financial Acumen: Direct experience managing full P&L metrics and operational KPIs.
  • Industry Background: Senior leadership background in property restoration, specialty contracting, commercial construction, or facility services highly preferred.
  • Leadership & Execution: Excellent capability in managing multi-faceted projects simultaneously while maintaining team alignment and momentum.
  • Certifications: Professional industry credentials (e.g., IICRC, state contractor licenses) are advantageous but not strictly mandatory.


Executive Compensation & Benefits
