Senior Account Executive – IT Solutions (VAR/MSP)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join a fast-growing national IT solutions provider. You’ll be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing client relationships, and delivering technology solutions across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services.
The role is remote for candidates based in California with weekly local travel within the surrounding metro(s) for in-person client meetings.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the entire sales process — from prospecting to close and beyond
- Generate new opportunities using a mix of hunting and farming strategies
- Take a solution-oriented approach that creates real client value
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple verticals
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline while driving consistent revenue growth
- Accurately manage all activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and quota targets
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of IT sales experience — preferably within a VAR, MSP, OEM, or IT distributor
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quotas
- Strong understanding of the full IT solutions stack (hardware, software, cloud, and managed services)
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Based in the United States
