Position Overview
We are seeking an Account OR Enhancement Manager who combines relationship management with a designer’s eye. Your primary goal is to maintain a premier portfolio of commercial and properties while proactively identifying and selling site enhancements. You will be the point person for Turf Removal Rebate programs, responsible for creating the vision, submitting the required design documentation, and closing the sale.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Upselling: Walk properties to identify "pain points" and turn them into "projects" (e.g., converting thirsty turf into sustainable, high-design California-native landscapes).

Rebate Management: Lead the MWD/LADWP turf rebate process from start to finish. This includes site measurement, drafting "Before and After" landscape plans, and ensuring the design meets all municipal requirements for approval.

Design & Visualization: Use your design background to create simple yet professional conceptual drawings that help Board Members visualize the ROI of an enhancement.

Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for property managers, ensuring contract compliance and long-term retention.
Required Qualifications

Design Background: Degree or certificate in Landscape Design, Architecture, or Horticulture is highly preferred.

Technical Drawing: Ability to produce basic site plans and "Before/After" renderings (hand-sketch or CAD/Adobe).

SoCal Plant Palette: Expert knowledge of drought-tolerant plants and "Lush-to-Lean" design principles.

The "Hustle": A track record of meeting or exceeding enhancement sales targets ($750k+ annually).
