Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation (1–4 Years)

The Dallas headquarters anchors three DFW offices, with additional offices in Houston and Austin.
They are expanding again and looking for an ambitious Associate Attorney (3–5 years’ experience) to join their winning team.

What You’ll Do
- Manage your own docket within our assembly-line structure (1 lawyer supported by a team of ~15 staff across the case cycle).
- Handle all aspects of PI cases, from pleadings and motions to depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on catastrophic cases, gaining invaluable high-stakes experience.
- Lead strategy and decision-making on your files, with strong managerial and litigation support.
- Represent clients with professionalism, skill, and the drive to achieve exceptional results.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3–5 years practicing law (PI defense or plaintiff welcome; insurance firm or big law experience a plus).

Education: Strong academic credentials (T14 or top regional schools are preferred).

Traits: Hungry, bright, ambitious. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Licensing: Active Texas Bar license required.
