Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation (1–4 Years)

They are expanding again and looking for an ambitious Associate Attorney (3–5 years’ experience) to join their winning team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage your own docket within our assembly-line structure (1 lawyer supported by a team of ~15 staff across the case cycle).
• Handle all aspects of PI cases, from pleadings and motions to depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on catastrophic cases, gaining invaluable high-stakes experience.
• Lead strategy and decision-making on your files, with strong managerial and litigation support.
• Represent clients with professionalism, skill, and the drive to achieve exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years practicing law (PI defense or plaintiff welcome; insurance firm or big law experience a plus).
• Education: Strong academic credentials (T14 or top regional schools are preferred).
• Traits: Hungry, bright, ambitious. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Licensing: Active Texas Bar license required.
• Commitment: In-person role (all training in Dallas).
