Job Description

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own the day-to-day execution of programs that build and accelerate the top of our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a strong executor with experience across multiple lead generation channels — including outbound campaigns, account-based marketing, events, and integrated campaign execution.

You bring strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights. Collaboration with sales is critical to ensure alignment and effective lead handoff.

You are energized by execution, bring fresh ideas to the table, and take pride in running programs that generate measurable pipeline impact. You actively leverage AI tools to increase speed, improve personalization, and drive efficiency across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Campaigns: Execute targeted outbound email programs across key markets — managing lists, writing and optimizing copy, and iterating based on performance.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Support and execute regional ABM initiatives focused on priority accounts — coordinating personalized outreach, content, and event engagement.
  • Events & Conferences: Manage participation in industry events end-to-end, including planning, logistics, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up.
  • Campaign Execution: Run integrated campaigns across email, digital, and event channels — including audience segmentation, scheduling, deployment, and reporting.
  • Webinars & Content: Support webinar execution, including promotion, registration tracking, and engagement analysis.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain clean and actionable data within a CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot), including segmentation, tagging, and visibility into outreach activity.
  • Sales Coordination: Ensure smooth handoff of marketing-qualified leads to sales with proper context for effective follow-up.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track campaign performance across channels, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
  • AI-Driven Execution: Utilize AI tools to enhance research, personalization, content creation, and campaign analysis.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or lead generation
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness
  • Proven experience running outbound email campaigns end-to-end
  • Experience managing or supporting events and conferences
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional coordination skills
  • Experience with account-based marketing programs (regional/geographic focus preferred)
  • Background in public sector, government, or regulated industries is a plus

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • Opportunities for professional development, including training and conferences
  • Remote-first work environment
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (employee premiums covered)
  • 401(k) plan
  • Generous paid time off policy
